1. Eligibility and acceptance
Ingenious is intended for people aged 18 or over who reside in the United Kingdom. Registration requires an accurate date of birth and express acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use another person’s account or misrepresent eligibility.
These terms apply to guest play, registered play, account tools and support requests. The effective version is dated 4 November 2026.
2. Glimmer Credits
Glimmer Credits are fictional, non-transferable play counters. They are not money, stored value or property that can be redeemed. Ingenious offers no purchases, deposits, withdrawals, cash winnings or prizes of value.
Free starting credits, daily claims and limited low-balance restoration are governed by the Credit Rules. Credits and progression cannot be sold, gifted or exchanged outside the service.
3. Accounts and access
Keep your password private and use a unique password. Registration does not require an email-confirmation step. The email address is used for account access, recovery and requested support.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us if access may have been compromised. Automated abuse, account trading, bypassing care restrictions and attempts to manipulate recorded results are prohibited.
4. Rounds and interruptions
The server authorises a round, resolves its outcome and records the credit change. Animation presents that recorded result. A repeated request identifier recovers the same result rather than another debit.
An unresolved feature may block another round until it is completed. If the connection fails, reopen the game or retry the saved action. Do not rely on an incomplete visual animation as a balance record.
5. Healthy play
Social-casino play is entertainment and does not predict real-money gambling success. Session reminders, voluntary breaks and self-exclusion are available. An active exclusion is enforced and cannot be shortened through the ordinary account controls.
If play stops feeling comfortable, pause and use the resources on Player Care. No reward or progression requirement requires you to continue a session.
6. Original material and acceptable use
The product’s original artwork, game presentation, copy and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Do not copy, resell, redistribute or misrepresent them as your own.
Do not attack the service, interfere with other accounts, submit malicious content or exploit an error to manufacture credits. We may restrict abusive access and correct records affected by a demonstrated technical error.
7. Availability and changes
Maintenance, technical faults or updates may interrupt access. We may update presentation, features and rules, with the applicable rule information available in each game. We do not promise uninterrupted access or availability of a particular feature forever.
Where an issue affects a saved round or account record, contact us with the game title and reference so that it can be investigated. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
8. Contact and changes to these terms
Questions about these terms can be sent through Support or to hello@ingeniousonline.com. We will identify a material update with a new effective date and, when necessary, request fresh acceptance.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No claim of a gambling licence, commercial prize entitlement or affiliation with a third-party casino is made.
